This is a day to discover how both people and nature have shaped the moor in the past right up to the present day.
Overview
An approximately 10Km walk with 300m of ascent. Starting at The Dartmoor Inn aim to take in some of the best walking and views of the high moor. Climbing up on to the north-west shoulder of Dartmoor we will encounter views across two counties, the moors artistic heritage, natural history and geology as well as the military ranges. This is a day to discover how both people and nature have shaped the moor in the past right up to the present day.
